I have been a Groupon customer for awhile now. I received an email stating that I would be part of the rewards program in which Groupon would match the dollars that I spent I spent approximately $** on one item Plus I spent other monies on other item yesterday I spent $** in cash and I was supposed to receive $** in rewards which is the Groupon bucks I was given $* that is not the promotion. This sounds like a bait and switch to me. And I am devastated in a manner which I was treated by your customer service Representatives. I don't know if I wish to purchase any products through your company anymore.
