Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-gailmacs's own words
I have been trying to contact you since half hour after the incorrect order went though. I tried to order two dog collars. Instead it went through as * dog collars. I only have two dogs. There was not a size notice or anything. At the time, we were having a bad storm in the area and that I believe may be why it went through before I was finished ordering it. I have since tried in vain to contact both Groupon and Qualtry but to no avail. At this point I am so discussed with Groupon not being able to phone my problem and get it resolved immediately that I want to cancel my order. Qualtry has not size or color from me so they should be able to cancel as well. Please let me know ASAP what can be done. My email is GailMACS@aol.com
