Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I am emailing regarding the ticket (GL -MWZK-K**V-*Y*Z-*L*B). Prior to purchasing the tickets, I read the FAQs on your website about seat selection and it read that same day refund is within the refund timeframe. Thus, I made the purchase. However, I am not pleased with the seats I was assigned but I am having trouble locating the cancel order button from my profile. I will appreciate if you can help with this. **Thank you
