Due to non-delivery of a * yr Zoobooks subscription which was purchased as a gift, I cancelled my Groupon order ********** with Blue Dolphin on *******. The amount was $** paid to Groupon on *******. I also paid a redemption fee of $* to Blue Dolphin on *******. How can I get a refund to my Discover credit card of this amount? I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter.
