I need assistance with two matters. Firstly, I have been attempting to rectify a situation since 24 hours post purchase. I mistakenly got double-charged for Green Chilli Grill and would like to cancel one of the charges. Secondly, I encountered an issue when trying to redeem my Groupon at Chai Pani as they were closed. I recently purchased a cleaning deal but have been having trouble setting up an appointment. When I called the provided number, the voicemail box was full. After texting the person, I received vague responses and had to keep initiating contact. I am starting to doubt if this is a legitimate business since the communication has been lacking. Even though the person claimed to be sick, I believe they could still suggest a date and time via text. I also attempted to reach out to Groupon for help, but I encountered difficulties accessing support. The links provided were invalid, the phone number directed me to go online, and the email response I received stated it wasn't a valid address. This process shouldn't be so challenging.

I had two Frankie and Benny's vouchers that were expiring today, and after contacting Groupon customer services, I rushed to use them with my family. Unfortunately, when we tried to redeem them at the restaurant, the codes were deemed invalid, leading me to buy two more vouchers costing £39.98. This unexpected expense on top of additional charges and drinks left me feeling embarrassed and upset. I am disappointed with this experience and would like a refund for the original vouchers. Despite making a concerted effort to utilize them before expiration and being assured by customer service, I was unable to do so. I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue. I have two concerns regarding my recent experience. 1. Upon using this site, I was unaware of being charged $60.00 on my credit card for joining this group. I thought it was for a single purchase only. 2. The merchandise I received seems misleading as it requires additional tools like an air compressor, and it was missing a necessary connection. I would like to return it, but there was no return information included with the item. The complexity of the product exceeds my initial expectations, and I regret not fully understanding the situation. Moreover, the online coupons provided are not useful to me as I rarely shop online. I intended to simplify my life with this product but instead discovered it could potentially harm my car.

I purchased three Groupons for one-hour deep tissue therapeutic body massages at Unihealth Management Ltd in Vancouver. The first problem arose when I discovered the Pacific Ave location, just a five-minute walk away, had closed down, and I had to go to a different site. The second issue came when I tried to book my second massage and was informed they only accept one Groupon per person. I believe Groupon should not have allowed multiple purchases without clarifying this policy. I am requesting a full refund for the remaining massages. A few weeks ago, I placed an order for 2 Samsung headphones and a set of sterling silver studs. The items were pictured with a gift box in the fine print. However, when the earrings arrived, they were in plastic bags within Groupon packaging. This differs from what was described in the picture, and it was intended as a gift. This experience is disappointing, as I had not encountered issues with previous orders. Despite this, I have decided to keep the items. I believe that what is stated in the fine print should be upheld. It may be some time before I consider making another purchase from Groupon. I am Ora Navok. On November 25, [redacted], I purchased a Groupon voucher from Aval Hair Salon in Darien, Connecticut for a "Cut Blowout and Conditioning Treatment" for $45.00. When I contacted them for an appointment in early December, they informed me that the earliest available slot is in January next year. I have been trying to contact your customer service since half an hour after the incorrect order went through. I attempted to purchase two dog collars, but somehow the order ended up being for four collars instead. Since I only have two dogs, this is not what I intended. The website did not provide a size selection, and due to a storm in my area causing internet issues, I believe the order was processed prematurely. Despite my efforts, I have not been able to reach Groupon or Qualtry for assistance. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of response from Groupon and would like to cancel my order promptly. As Qualtry has not received any size or color preferences from me, they should also be able to assist with the cancellation. Please advise on the next steps urgently. I recently purchased sheets on Groupon, but the order shows as delivered, and I never got it. I've tried reaching out to Groupon multiple times, but they don't have a phone number for support, which is concerning. It seems like they took my money quickly, but now I can't get any customer service to help me with the missing order. I haven't received any response, and I am frustrated. I am considering contacting Channel 13 in Las Vegas to report this issue. It's unfair that a company as established as Groupon doesn't provide a phone number for customer support. This is my first time using Groupon. Initially, I wanted to exchange an item for one that was $3.50 more expensive. When I tried to do this online, the site indicated that my order was placed 2 days ago, although it was actually placed just one day ago on Friday, November 30th for $[redacted].00 with tax. I would like to cancel the entire order before it is shipped. I am unsure if free returns are offered. I prefer interacting with customer service representatives directly, so the lack of that option is disappointing to me. Please cancel my order upon receiving this email. Hello, I recently purchased a Groupon voucher for Deka Lash's Wexford location. I had scheduled an appointment for December 1 at 3pm to redeem the voucher. However, less than 24 hours before my appointment, I was contacted by Deka Lash to inform me that they needed to cancel due to staffing issues. Unfortunately, the earliest available appointment they had was on December 8, and I needed my lashes done for an event on December 6. Since my original purpose for purchasing the Groupon can no longer be fulfilled, I am seeking a refund. I recently placed an order on Groupon, but the tracking information I received was addressed to my old address instead of the new one I provided. The order is already in transit, and I have contacted Fedex who advised me that only the shipper can update the address. I believe Groupon needs to contact Fedex to rectify this issue. I would appreciate it if someone from Groupon could reach out to me for further details. I have been a loyal customer who has made numerous purchases on Groupon and referred many others. I had made two appointments with the same nail technician for a mani-pedi. The first appointment was rescheduled by her, and I agreed. Today, at 10 am, for my appointment, she was not there. Despite receiving two reminders (one via email and one via text), she claimed I wasn't scheduled. I am disappointed and want a refund, not Groupon credit. I have a Groupon voucher that expired because I was out of the country, but I read the terms and conditions that mention the possibility of redeeming an expired voucher. The promotional value is still valid, and I want to use it. I have already spoken with the merchant who agreed to honor the voucher. I reached out to Martin Lewis’ website, and they suggested contacting Groupon for assistance. This voucher was a special birthday present from my husband’s daughter, and we really hope Groupon will help us redeem it despite the expiration.

During our trip to New York, our group of 10 purchased 8 city pass vouchers through my account and 2 through my son's account. We followed the instructions to activate 10 vouchers, and though we received an email from Ceetiz for 9, we were missing one during our entire trip. Unfortunately, despite resubmitting the form three times using different emails, we never received the missing voucher, preventing one person from accessing the attractions. It was frustrating not being able to enjoy all the attractions together, as scanning the same voucher twice for the same attraction is not allowed. While the issue didn't completely ruin our holiday, it was far from ideal. We are now back home and seeking a refund for the unused voucher.
