I ordered an orthopedic mat for my dog (bed). When it arrived the package was damaged. It like it was dragged and the bag was torn as was the bed. I am unable to repackage this and send it back due to the fact that I am disabled and I it is large and clumsy to try to roll and try to resend. How do I go about getting this replaced as it does have a hole in it?*Also, I wanted to just say I spent quite a bit of time trying to find the link to email or contact Groupon as the FAQ told me the * options but it was not a link to click on like the directions had said to do. Then I tried to click on "need more help" and it did not do anything.
