I bought a painting service from Brown's Painting for $[redacted].00. I scheduled an appointment but had to cancel three days before due to a sudden illness. Upon my return, I tried calling to reschedule but received no response despite several attempts. To my surprise, I was charged the $[redacted].00 on my credit card. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, but someone claims the painting was done, which is untrue as we never saw anyone from Brown's Painting. I seek assistance with this matter. I am seeking a refund for my Headliner Studio voucher due to a negative experience. My initial attempt to book an appointment before the voucher expired was unsuccessful as they did not answer their phone. I decided to retry and was informed of an additional $75 charge for hair color upon contacting them. Feeling misled, I prefer to cancel my order promptly and receive my $50 refund. I value honesty and integrity over price, and will be looking for services elsewhere. This marks the second and final disappointment with Headliners. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Travonntay Sinclair. I have been facing issues with the mobile app and website. I have two concerns: 1. Regarding the Groupon for the 8x8 canvas prints, I have been trying to process a refund since it expired. I bought it before my wedding on September 22 but no longer needed it as my photographer provided a similar service. I couldn't figure out how to refund it. I would appreciate it if it could be refunded to the card used for the purchase. 2. There is also an issue with the Groupon for Dave & Buster's in Kentwood. I visited on the 24th but was unable to use the coupon. I paid for my trip out of pocket and would like a refund back to the original payment card, as I live in Lansing and do not visit Kentwood frequently. It was intended for my wife's birthday outing, which is now unnecessary.

I recently ordered a massage but encountered issues with the payment process. Instead of allowing me to choose a payment method, the system charged one of my credit cards on file. Unfortunately, the card was full, resulting in the order being denied. I have made several recent orders of 5 parcels from your company this week, including 2 bed sets, 1 Clinique Aromatics perfume, and 2 beautiful perfumes. Two days ago, I received a missed call and upon returning it, the person stated they were out of the area but scheduled the delivery for the next day. They mentioned dispatching the parcel to 7 Flash Lane, while my correct address is 35 Flash Lane, Trent Vale, Stoke On Trent, Staffs, ST4 5QZ, England. After contacting Hermes, the delivery service, they indicated that the parcels were not sent to the right address. Hello, I have been attempting to contact Groupon via their provided phone numbers without success. On November 22, I tried to redeem a Groupon deal with the Handmade Christmas Company for 2 personalised Christmas sacks at £13.99 each, but I encountered difficulties adding my daughters' names to the order. After an online chat with Mani P from Groupon and speaking to the Handmade Christmas Company, I was advised to apply the Groupon code to the order, but I still couldn't find a place to include the names. Regrettably, I was charged £27.98 by Groupon on November 23, and an additional £19.98 when I ordered directly from the Handmade Christmas Company to personalize the sacks. I am seeking a refund of £27.98. I possess order confirmations from Groupon and The Handmade Christmas Company, as well as a transcript of my chat with Mani P. I purchased a double bed topper, but it was smaller than advertised when it arrived. Despite numerous attempts to contact Groupon for a return, they initially offered store credits instead of a refund. After escalating the issue, I finally received a refund after citing the Sale of Goods Act. Surprisingly, they allowed me to keep the topper without requiring a return.

I have been trying to resolve an issue with no feedback from your end. I purchased a voucher for Hog Mountain Animal Hospital in Dacula, GA, for $89. Before I could use the voucher, my 6-year-old Maltese had to be put to sleep due to liver cancer. I am grieving and no longer have a dog, so I need a refund. Please consider my situation and process the refund promptly. I have been trying to address this since November 22 with no response. My patience is wearing thin, so please do the right thing and refund my purchase to help cover the costs I incurred.

I bought a Groupon deal for Angela’s Hairstyling last year. After scheduling a Thursday appointment, Angela had to cancel due to an emergency. She offered a later time at a different location, which was inconvenient and not suitable for hair styling. Trying to reschedule has been difficult as Angela now claims she isn't at the Groupon address. Despite agreeing to a new appointment on November 30, she has not provided the address and does not respond to my calls. I feel like I may have lost my $59. I believe Angela is not providing the service as promised and I'm hoping Groupon can refund me and take action against her.

I can no longer access my Groupon account, as it claims my email does not exist, despite using it previously without issues. Yesterday, I was browsing items but did not make a purchase. However, today, a pending charge of $19.18 appeared on my Visa, which I did not authorize. It seems my account has been compromised as I cannot even access my personal email linked to Groupon. I bought 3 Groupons for JC Penney's photoshoot. They informed me I only needed one coupon for all 3 photo sessions during the same appointment. However, I was disappointed to learn that I couldn't redeem the remaining two vouchers for cash, credit, or towards future purchases after the expiration. The staff directed me to Groupon for a refund. The whole experience was so unpleasant that I don't plan on going back. They lacked the necessary equipment and expertise for photographing toddlers, resulting in subpar pictures. My colleague had a similar experience. Hello - I purchased a Groupon voucher for filler treatment at Greenleaves Dental Practice in March. After discovering I was pregnant and unable to proceed with the procedure, I reached out to the dental practice in June to request an extension on my voucher, which was set to expire in July. They confirmed the extension, but now when I tried to schedule, they are saying the voucher has expired and I need to contact Groupon for assistance with redemption. I received the orthopedic dog bed I ordered, but the package was severely damaged upon arrival. The bed was torn, likely from being dragged during shipping. I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience with Groupon. I have spent three days trying to resolve an issue with my jump passes purchase. Despite contacting live chat three times, even speaking with American representatives, nobody has been able to assist me effectively. I was initially charged $72.00 instead of the correct amount of $57.60. After multiple refunds and charges, I am still out of pocket. I am requesting a $72.00 refund and compensation for the inconvenience and time wasted dealing with this matter. I possess all necessary documentation to support my claims and expect a resolution promptly. It is unacceptable to be continuously redirected without a satisfactory outcome. Groupon's customer service has been incredibly disappointing.

I bought a Groupon deal for Kalahari in Sandusky on October 5, [redacted], for $[redacted].80. Kalahari says they didn't receive anything, but my bank statement shows I made the payment. After not finding my reservation, I bought another one for December 18, [redacted], for $[redacted]. I want a refund for the $[redacted] reservation and to keep the original $[redacted].80 reservation for December. I'm having trouble accessing Groupons after purchasing, leading them to expire without me using them.

I purchased a Groupon for a massage/spa last year, but encountered numerous scheduling challenges with the establishment. After the deal expired, the amount became available as Groupon credit. I opted for the Raw Generation 3-day Juice Cleanse for $69.99. However, I was surprised by the high shipping costs of $40-$80, as I am accustomed to free or inexpensive shipping from other meal delivery services. Although I did not need a refund immediately, I expected to receive my Groupon credit back for another purchase once the deal expired. Despite multiple attempts through the Groupon App, I have been unable to request the $69.99 refund. I plan to make holiday purchases on Groupon and would like to use the credit towards them. I believe I may have been misled by Peachtree Cosmetic. I purchased a Groupon for 60 units of Dysport, but when I tried to schedule my appointment, I was informed that they only had a Dysport representative available shortly before the voucher expired. They switched my deal to 20 units of Botox without my consent, and suggested I could buy additional Botox at $15 per unit to meet the original volume. I have never paid more than $10 per unit for Botox, and I feel this switch was deceptive and unfair. I felt pressured to agree to their terms. I prefer not to visit this spa anymore.
