I ordered two things from Groupon on Cyber Friday. One of those items has been sitting somewhere since ***** with no further updates. The second item I ordered from a different company has not sent me any news at all. I need it as a gift and time is running out. As far as I know Groupon has received my order and that’s where it stops. How do I find out when to expect this item? If I dont get it soon I cant use it as a gift and I dont want it.
