Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-mercymor's own words
for the past * to * days I have been trying to order my iPhone * and last night it had finally went through and I checked my credit card balance to see if it really did and it did it took the **** money out of my account I wake up the next day to find the money back into my account but they took **.** put for the * year insurance on the phone and but on my email it shows that my whole entire order went through and I just want to cancel the whole entire thing and get my money back because I am not pleased what so ever with this whole process I have went through and this isnt the first time I've used groupon before
