I tried to purchase tickets to two different events. I had to reset up my account. I put in my new cc and information, but I keep getting emails that my order was refunded. Charges were in my bank account, but they've since been refunded. Why is this happening? I'd really like to buy these tickets. I tried * times yesterday and the same thing kept happening. I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of customer support and trying to get his rectified. I'd really like to use Groupon, but this process has been time consuming and not at all user friendly. Thank you.
