The issue in GetHuman-cpbamato's own words
I purchased two *.* oz bottles of Versace Bright Crystal perfume. I gave one as a gift and I just started using my bottle as I just finished up my previous one. This is an imitation and not the real product! It is a complete fake. I have been using this perfume for over ** years and have never experienced the lack of scent as well as the bottle itself is clearly indicative of being a fake. The Versace bright crystal letters are a decal and can be peeled off. I can provide photos if needed. The atomizer malfunctions and gets stuck while pumping. With the authentic bottles, the letters are embedded in the glass, the scent is noticeable and long lasting. I received this product three months ago but as previously stated, I just opened the bottle as I would never expect there to be a problem that would require me to immediately use it. I am really taken aback and extremely disappointed that such fakes exist and I spend $** on something that is not what I purchased. I expected the real thing as anyone in my position would and would expect a full refund for the two bottles purchased. I opened up a ticket and wrote to the company, Avenue A, and they did not deny it wasn't a real product but refused to do anything about it because I received it three months ago. In this particular case, time should NOT matter and an exception to their policy should be made. Shame on them for selling fake products.
