I made a purchase last evening, then realized the e mail was incorrect so i have not received confirmation of my purchase. i have attempted to correct the way they say but i cannot get into my account , i need confirmation of my order and i need to change the e mail address to sign in. I heard good things about using you but i am beginning to wonder it should not be this difficult. You say it takes ** hours to respond that is a little much for customer service.
