I recently bought two OSP Hoodieni Must Have Hi-Lo Hoodies on November 18, [redacted], and one Brushcandy Blouse Long Sleeve T Shirt on November 14, [redacted]. However, upon receipt, I found both items unacceptable and was told I could not get a refund, even though it was within the allowed timeframe. I am having difficulties with redeeming my Groupon voucher at [redacted] Hair Salon. Despite contacting the manager multiple times, he has refused to honor the voucher and does not respond to calls mentioning Groupon. Additionally, another salon I visited after a bad experience at "Your Hair" left my hair in a terrible condition. I reached out to [redacted] Hair for assistance, as they provided good service in the past, but have yet to receive a resolution. My hair has not improved even after waiting for it to grow out. My friends and family have noticed the issues with my hair, and I am disappointed by the lack of customer service at [redacted] Hair Salon. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Subject: Re: Refund Request for Exercise Classes Good afternoon, I am writing regarding my recent order [redacted] for 20 exercise classes. I am interested in receiving a refund or having credit applied to a different deal. Upon purchasing the Groupon, I was under the impression it was solely for the Rockaway NJ location, as that was the only location displayed on the Jazzercise website. However, I have now discovered there is a second Rockaway location, causing confusion. I had planned to attend my first class before the expiration date, only to find out that the CORRECT location will be closed for the entire week leading up to the expiration date, reopening right after. Additionally, the picture displayed was misleading, as I expected the class to be at the fitness center in town, not a location with line dancing in the name, which gave me the impression it caters to seniors. I bought tickets for "The Nutcracker" ballet at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa for Saturday, December 15 at 7 p.m. Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it and would like to switch my tickets to Friday, December 14 at 7 p.m. I purchased them through Groupon, but received them from Goldstar. I contacted Segerstrom, who directed me to Goldstar, and now Goldstar says I need to go through Groupon to change the date. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased two tickets for the Cirque du Soleil performance in Toronto on December 12, [redacted]. However, the tickets received are not adjacent to each other. I'm feeling very confused and new to using the computer. I need help with my Groupon purchases. I thought I was supposed to get a 20% discount on three purchases. Although my 11-year-old daughter tried to assist me, we couldn't figure it out. I paid for three local facials using PayPal but couldn't apply the discount when I tried to add three facials/chemical peels to my cart. I also purchased something related to Hooters, but I can't find that either. I don't have a smartphone, just a regular house phone and a flip phone. My daughter mentioned that I might need a specific app on my phone, but since I have a regular prepaid flip phone, I'm unsure. Any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated. On Sunday night, November 25, I tried to order a mattress from Groupon, but my bank declined the transaction. I did not proceed with the order. Later, I changed my mind about purchasing the mattress and did not receive any confirmation from Groupon. On November 26, my bank called to inform me about the declined purchase, and I explained that I had changed my mind and was relieved it did not go through. However, I discovered that Groupon had charged my account in the afternoon. I contacted my bank to rectify the situation, and they assured me they would investigate and return the money. I want to clarify that I did not place an order for the mattress and request a refund.

I recently purchased a voucher from The Quarters in Baton Rouge, Louisiana for my granddaughter's birthday on December 5th. The order number is [redacted]. Unfortunately, when I tried to print it out, the print option wouldn't work. I accidentally hit "redeem" at 9:34 p.m. thinking it would help, but it just marked it as redeemed without being used. It was $59.00, and I'm not looking for a refund, but I really need the voucher. This is the second issue I've had with Groupon. The last time was for three small makeup bags that I ordered but never received, which I didn't address since it was under $20.00. This time, I need assistance. I recently purchased a Groupon deal for 3 months of ID Protection for $19, which should equate to $6.33 per month. However, when I tried to redeem the voucher, I was directed to the IdentityForce website where the normal sign-up rate was $12.95 per month with a possible free trial. Despite contacting IdentityForce and Groupon for assistance, I was unable to apply the voucher or access the advertised trial period. Groupon's customer service has transitioned to online support only, making it difficult to resolve issues. My refund claim was marked as "resolved" without any follow-up, leaving me frustrated with the lack of human support. I have now resorted to disputing the charge through Paypal. The immediate "fixed" status on my complaint feels like a frustrating joke, and I am dissatisfied with the service provided.

I had a Groupon about to expire for Vintage Wine Bar, so my husband and I went there on a Wednesday evening. While waiting for my son, we had some drinks at the bar during happy hour. Our reservation was for 6:45pm, and once my son arrived, we moved to our table. Despite mentioning we had a Groupon, we were informed we couldn't use it because we had drinks at the bar. The owner came by, claiming he would make an exception, but we already felt judged and uncomfortable. I offered to leave and have a drink elsewhere while waiting for my son, which he agreed to. The owner mentioned that he felt Groupons were more trouble than they were worth. This incident made us feel undervalued, even though we used to be regular customers. It was our first time using a Groupon there, and unfortunately, it will be our last. We are now seeking a refund as we feel too embarrassed to return to the establishment.

I recently bought two 3.0 oz bottles of Versace Bright Crystal perfume. One was a gift, and I just started using mine after finishing my last one. Unfortunately, it's a fake imitation. I've used this perfume for over a decade and can tell the difference. The bottle shows clear signs of being a fake; the letters can be peeled off, the scent is weak, and the atomizer doesn't work properly. Genuine products have letters embedded in the glass and a lasting scent. Despite only opening it now, I received it three months ago. I'm disappointed to have spent $88 on something that isn't authentic. I contacted Avenue A, the company I purchased from, but they refused to refund due to the time passed since the purchase. I believe an exception should be made in this case given the circumstances. Selling fake items is unacceptable.

I bought a massage deal on September 1, [redacted] (Marimo Massage) that expires on December 30, [redacted]. When I tried to schedule on November 28, [redacted], I found out the therapist is fully booked until December 12 and then on vacation for the rest of December. Despite the situation, she refused to extend the expiration date. I would like a refund to my Visa card or possibly Groupon credit. I have made multiple calls and sent several emails, which has been a frustrating waste of my time. It is concerning that a deal was offered for purchase when the provider is unable to fulfill it. I recently visited Kenneth's Hair Salon with a Groupon deal for a balayage. The salon informed me that the Groupon could only be used for balayage or highlights, which I wasn't aware of. They mentioned that Groupon could issue a refund, and I could pay separately for the service I wanted. I wish I had known this earlier as I would have simply chosen a balayage. However, when I reached out to Groupon, I was told it had to be refunded within three days, even though this was not explicitly stated on Kenneth's Groupon. Upon contacting Kenneth's, I was informed that they had processed refunds for similar cases recently, even for expired Groupons. I am kindly requesting a refund for the balayage service. As a financially struggling college student, I feel like I've wasted money on services I didn't even receive as desired. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Order #[redacted] was for 6 Cuisinart steak knives in white. I received an open package with one Cuisinart Advantage black paring knife. There was another package with two cat scratch Christmas boxes picked up at the post office, not delivered to my home. The boxes were not well-protected and one was torn. I am concerned about the lack of packaging. I have been trying to contact you for 2 days through the website, but the "continue" button on the "other question" section is not responsive. I purchased a 60-minute massage deal from Skin'dAmour Spa. When I called yesterday to schedule, no one answered the phone or emails. Today, the lady mentioned they only offer massages on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which doesn’t work for me due to my caregiver job; I'm only free on Fridays and Saturdays. This week, I can make it on a Tuesday because I'm feeling unwell. However, as per the lady, they won't have availability until after my voucher expires due to staffing issues. As a returning customer, I recently purchased a 1-month tanning deal from Albuquerque Bronzed and Beauty, also known as Plush and Sun Kissd Tanning. However, my experience was disappointing. The tanning beds were in poor condition with weak bulbs, lack of required eye protection, and the location seemed unkempt. Upon attempting to visit again, I found the doors locked during their posted business hours. Additionally, I discovered they are advertising under multiple names and locations, with one site appearing to be vacant. I am seeking a full refund of $20 for the Groupon deal and $10.12 paid in tax.
