Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-barbsvio's own words
I purchased * Universal Tickets and when I went to pay there was not a place to put gift card numbers in. Talked with a tech person who said my account had been hacked and that is why the gift card area was not an option. I hit pay thinking it would come up and tried to cancel before it went through my credit card. I want to cancel and repay with gift cards. The man said he would get back to me in ** minutes. It has been hours. My phone ****-***-**** Barbara Lowenstein. I hope this can be resolved soon as my anzity levels are high. Peace
