Hi there, *We recently got a negative review on yelp from someone who has never been to our salon. We messaged her and it turns out she purchased the service through Groupon which we have never participated in. She has yet to take down the review. Would it be possible to email us a written verification that Gotham Glow (located in NYC) has never participated in Groupon so we can send it to our yelp rep? The client's name is Margaret Fyfe and she said in her DM to us that she purchased a voucher for * airbrush spray tans in NYC. Her email address is: *****@***.com. I'm sure you can understand this is time sensitive as potential clients are reading her review thinking it's us when it's another company.
