Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I have tried to cancel an order with Groupon within an hour after the purchase. There was no place to do so one the website. The website directed me to contact the seller and when I Chatted with them online they told me that since I purchased the Voucher through Groupon that I needed to cancel with them. I finally emailed them after finding an email through Google (not on their website) and requested the refund and cancellation.
GetHuman-karla_lo did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
