I have an issue that appears to not be able to be addressed by any FAQ, subroutine or work process in your web page. BTW your customer support page with the “Help Wizard” and “Faq” tabs appears to be completely unresponsive.**We ordered qty * heating pads for your shoulders on November **th. What we received yesterday was someone else’s order for a single xxl heating pad (including their paper invoice inside with their name and shipping address). I believe what happened was the incorrect shipping label probably got put on the box. What I would like to do is get the correct heating pads we ordered (and would be OK with returning the incorrect one prepaid by Groupon or the merchant). The problem is I went through the process on the website to exchange an incorrect item and Groupon wants to charge me an additional $*.** to get the correct items as the item is no longer on sale for the original Nov **th price. The error was on behalf of the merchant and I simply want them to make good on supplying the correct merchandise. Can you please inform me of a way I can get the merchandise we actually purchased in an easy, efficient manner since none of this is our error and these items were intended to be holiday gifts.*I am very unhappy with the Groupon experience of trying to get this resolved. Automating websites are fine as long as they are proven out and have an acceptable amount of alternate avenues to seek support. Even finding the support e-mail address required searching outside of your website (and I ended up getting an automated reply from Groupon that it no longer accepts incoming e-mail!
GetHuman-bentonre did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
