Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Hi Alexander,**I'm sorry you're not able to get an appointment any sooner.**When the merchant's calendar is booked through expiration, we ask that they schedule your appointment for a date that may fall after the deal's expiration, while still accepting your Groupon for the full promotional value as long as you book by the expiration date. Some merchants may also offer a waiting list as another option.**Although their schedule has filled up quickly since the deal was featured, please know that they're working hard to accommodate all of the customers who are eager to redeem their Groupons. We generally set redemption periods for our deals that are several months long so that everyone has time to redeem. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee timely appointments since our merchants are providing services for a large number of new customers.**If you're no longer interested in scheduling an appointment for yourself, you also have the option to give your Groupon to a friend or family member to use instead (unless the Fine Print states otherwise).**We really appreciate your patience and understanding.
