Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-micasou's own words
I accidentally ordered two deals for a Haircut and color at Salon Rachel Altendorf at Fuzion Studios in Rockford, IL. I used the one coupon shortly after purchase and did not understand why I kept getting a notification to use the coupon. I went to my account and that is when I realized I had purchased two, as I have two different email accounts, an old one *****@***.com and my new one at *****@***.com. I called the salon and they said it is a ONE time use only deal. They suggested I contact you for a refund. Please refund me the $**.** I paid for the second groupon accidentally.
