I bought a Groupon to HAIRCUT, PARTIAL HIGHLIGHTS, AND STYLE from HAMPTON HAIR DESIGNS AT ***** bLUE vALLEY pARKWAY, sUITE ***, overland park, ks. Before I could use it, he was out of business. I tried unsuccessfully to set up an apt. to the extent that I went there and talked to him. He had a client so I gave him my number. He never called. I was notified by GROUPON that they have bad news--he can no longer honor the coupon! I tried unsuccessfully to contact you but to no avail. Now I'm writing this e-mail in the hopes of getting my $** back. It is unfair to be ripped off like this! I'm been a customer of yours for a long time and urge you to reimburse me if you want my continued business. Also, this person is obviously unreliable based on what his neighbor across the hall said when he hadn't arrive yet for his apt. with a client and based on what has happened to me. Please refund my money in the amt. of $** or credit it to my GROUPON account. I would expect no less of your company. Thank you, Shirley Ernzen, ***-***-****.
