I always purchase my holiday cards though Groupon. I always have good luck. This year, I am disappointed that I chose to purchase the PrinterPix Groupon for holiday cards. I have tried repeatedly on their site to come up with some reasonable solution for a card. Their software is inadequate. Once a card is made and added to the cart, it cannot be edited. As well, you cannot review it again at all. Dealing with their customer service live chat is useless. I was told no sample could be sent. I was told that I must save the card to "my projects" in order to review it again. I had my card sent to me (one card and paid for shipping vs sending my *** cards that I purchased through Groupon...to be sure I liked it!). Instead of waiting on the sample card that I paid $* for, I started recreating another card and intended to follow the live chat instructions and save to "my projects" except I cannot do so because it's not a viable option with the inadequate software. I contacted their live chat again, was disconnect after asking my question, got back in the que, and was ultimately told that I should save it to "my projects". When I inquired as to specifics, I was then told "no we don't have the option. You have to review the card while you're making it and then it's done. This is a ridiculous expectation on customers to complete their project at one sitting. Especially a family holiday card where several people have input before finalizing the card. I am disappointed that I have given them my $* and I do not want to work with them any longer. I would like Groupon to offer me a credit for purchase of a new Groupon using another vendor to purchase holiday cards. I am loyal and been a customer for a long time and this is my first complaint. I also highly recommend that your customers be fair-warned about using PrinterPix * the software is inadequate!!!
