Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-wendi_wo's own words
I brought a product and it is not the same as the picture. I have been sent a different product. It's a folding suitcase but it doesn't fold down like the one in the picture. It's a completely different model advertised. I would like to return for a full refund. I cannot seem to get the return option online within my account. Please advise how I can return for a refund as product is not as described.
