Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-avnljunk's own words
I bought a groupon from Sigma Laser Spa in Dallas Tx called to schedule an appointment the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and they schedule me for yesterday. They called yesterday and said their machine was down and I asked them how long would it be down they said they didn't know and to call back and I expressed to them that this happened last year too and yall went two months before I could get a visit. SHe then asked had I been there before and I said yes I told yall this when I schedule that I had bought another groupon and yall said okay. She then says you're only allowed one groupon and I told them the fine print says you only buy * every ** days or every other ** days my last visit was mid ****. SHe then asked for my info and said she had no record of me ever coming and I told her well I can't help that you all don't keep good records then she said well you can't use your groupon and I said but Groupon says I can so thats the only reason I purchased and I told yall that so why wasn't I told this when I originally called? So then I asked for a refund and she told me that it was up to Groupon to refund me and hung up.
