There's a pending charge on my credit card, yet the items don't show up in My Groupons. The items in question are the TechComm Raven Waterproof Mini Wireless Portable Bluetooth HiFi Speaker in Blue for $15.52 and the Milanese Loop Mesh Band with Matching Frame for the 38mm Gold Apple Watch for $11.99. After taxes, shipping, and using a promo code, I was billed $32.65. As these deals are for Cyber Monday only, I'm looking for guidance on how to confirm the purchase and ensure I get my order as intended.

I purchased a Groupon for a Skin Spa for my daughter's birthday surprise and scheduled a massage for myself as well. When I called one location, I was told they don't offer massages and to contact the 57th street location for that service. Strangely, when I called the 57th street location, the same person answered even though it was a different number. I arranged for massages and facials on December 18th but mistakenly, they sent the confirmation to my daughter, ruining the surprise. When I called to address the issue, I was informed it was a system error. I now want to cancel and exchange the Skin Spa Groupon. The lackadaisical attitude of the employee and the mix-up have led me to reconsider. It was disappointing and I hope to resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you, Regina.

I have tried numerous times to contact someone about returning a lift table I ordered. I want to send it back because the color does not match as stated and it doesn't fit my furniture. Although it was agreed that I could return the item by post, it's too large for me to take to the post office. I was advised to contact ParcelForce for collection, but they haven't collected it because arrangements were not made. When I called them today, they mentioned they can't take it due to its weight. If this isn't removed from my home by tomorrow, I will have to dispose of it at the tip as it's taking up too much space. I will also leave a negative review if this isn't resolved promptly.

I recently found an old Groupon voucher from 6 years ago for a chiropractor in my area. Despite the deal being expired, I wanted to use the $40 I originally paid towards a visit, in accordance with Groupon's policy. When I reached out to Lenoir City Chiropractic in Lenoir City, TN, they informed me that they no longer accept Groupons and my payment wouldn't be honored. I'm now seeking guidance on how to obtain a refund for the $40 since I can't utilize it at the chiropractor anymore.

I placed an order for Crazy Bear Hotel on November 27th for £[redacted]. I received a confirmation email for booking #1[redacted]13-[redacted]. The next day, I received an email stating there was an issue with my booking. Subsequently, another email informed me that my booking was canceled, and I should try again in 72 hours. Hello, my name is Orlean Tilghman. I recently ordered an X-Box from Groupon and was provided with the tracking number FEDEXSP [redacted]79 for shipping. Unfortunately, when FedEx delivered the package, it was left unattended in the hallway of my NYC Housing complex and got stolen. My neighbors mentioned seeing the box in front of my door on 11/27/18 around midday. I contacted FedEx and SEGUE CORP. in Lakeforce, CA at [redacted] to report the issue and now I'm reaching out to you for assistance with replacing my package. I will also be filing a police report, reaching out to housing, and considering contacting the media due to the ongoing careless behavior of FedEx with our deliveries. I purchased a Groupon from Sigma Laser Spa in Dallas, TX and called on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving to schedule an appointment. They booked me for yesterday, but then informed me that their machine was down. When I asked how long it would be out of service, they couldn't provide an estimate and advised me to call back later. I expressed my concern as a similar issue had occurred last year, causing a two-month delay before I could visit. Despite informing them during scheduling that I had used another Groupon before, they told me I could only use one Groupon and claimed they had no record of my prior visit. When I explained the Groupon policy allows one purchase every 30 days, following my last visit in mid-[redacted], they were unhelpful and insisted on a refund, mentioning that Groupon would have to process it.

I placed an order on Nov. 15, [redacted] for a Jumbo Faux Sheepskin/Suede Dog Bed. When I provided my shipping information, I entered my physical address as your website states not to deliver to post office boxes. However, I encountered an issue with the delivery last week. Tracking showed the package was being sent to the Belmont, NH post office despite my efforts to prevent this. After notifying the post office, they refused the package and sent it back without providing a reason. Despite contacting FedEx and making multiple trips between the post office and FedEx, there has been no resolution. I am disappointed by this experience and have not received a response from your team since lodging the complaint on Friday, Nov. 23. I recently purchased a Dinkleboo personalized children's book and was left disappointed with the options available for toddlers upon redeeming the voucher. There was only one suitable for a young toddler, and it was not well executed. Upon contacting the company, I learned that their description of softcover books was misleading; instead of cloth, they were made of business card thickness paper. The stories are too advanced for toddlers, except for one about colors, which was poorly written. The shipping cost is almost as high as the book, not arriving soon enough for when I need it. Overall, this product is overpriced, poorly written, made with low-quality materials, inaccurately advertised regarding the cover, and not suitable for toddlers. Dianne P. and Robin D. had reservations through Rewards China for November 6. They experienced a delay with JetBlue due to mechanical problems that caused them to miss their Hainan flight to Beijing. Despite their efforts with Rewards China, they had to spend two extra nights in a Boston hotel and paid $[redacted] to book another Hanan flight. Once on their tour in Beijing, they had to pay an additional $[redacted] to fly back to Shanghai to avoid missing a scheduled tour. On top of the original trip cost, they ended up paying an extra $1,[redacted] due to these flight issues. They are dissatisfied with the lack of responsibility taken for the error and believe a Rewards China representative did not secure their complete flight from Atlanta to Beijing, resulting in the issues with JetBlue. They are seeking clarification on how Groupon and Rewards China plan to address this situation before taking further action.

I usually buy my holiday cards through Groupon and have always had good experiences in the past. However, this year I am disappointed with the PrinterPix Groupon I purchased for holiday cards. The software on their site is not user-friendly, once a card is added to the cart, it cannot be edited or reviewed. Their customer service through live chat was unhelpful as well, they would not send a sample and had unclear instructions on saving projects. After paying for a sample card, I decided to create a new one, but encountered difficulties due to the software limitations. It was frustrating to be given conflicting information and not being able to save projects for later review. I believe Groupon should provide me with a credit for a new Groupon with a different vendor for holiday cards. PrinterPix's software shortcomings have been very disappointing and I hope others are aware of these issues before purchasing.

Hello, I used a Groupon to visit Shaw Ice Skating Rink on 11/24, and I was disappointed with the condition of the rink. The cracked ice and leaves melted into the surface made skating impossible. Without a zamboni to clean the rink, skates kept getting caught. Despite being a regular Groupon customer who is usually satisfied, this visit felt unfair. I've been attempting to contact this company for five weeks to schedule an appointment. Prior to purchasing the Groupon, they responded promptly to my inquiry, indicating availability. I attempted to cancel my order for 20 fitness classes at Xtreme Trampoline Park in Kanata shortly after purchase due to a missing 20% off coupon on my initial transaction. However, I encountered the same issue on a repurchase attempt. Lacking a confirmation email or notification on Groupon, I assumed the cancellation went through. A week later, upon revisiting the site for a different purchase, I received a notification prompting me to use the previously bought coupon. I had difficulty shopping last Friday and over the weekend, receiving conflicting instructions from two different representatives. After sending a reply to resolve the issue, my file or email contact closed, causing me to miss out on Black Friday deals. I only have an iPad and cannot download the app, limiting me to buying only one item due to the inability to add multiple items to the cart and avoid high shipping charges. Unfortunately, after submitting a help request and receiving a late reply the next day, the communication was closed without a resolution. Despite trying to explain my situation through four messages, the lack of assistance was frustrating, leading to wasted time and missed shopping opportunities.
