I want a refund for this order.**Order *: ****-******-****** (U Spa)**I Purchased **min massage with hot stone therapy and sea salt scrub. Upon entering and offering my groupon, the receptionist complained about the ***** deal with Groupon and asked me to cancel my order and pay cash instead. Very dishonest to your service so I declined.**Ok, here are my other dissatisfactions.*- poor pressure, requested ****, it was light pressure over a towel. Who massages over a towel? half hearted effort at best.*- no hot stones used. When asked if I wanted hot stones, I said yes * times. She acted like she understood me, then ignored my answer. Hot towel only, no hot stone. *- was not **min massage. Over *mins initially, I was laying around waiting. After massage started, at least *-*mins of breaks where I didn’t know where she went. probably about **min tops.*- it was freezing cold. I’m in my underwear with no towel. Turn up the heat. Very uncomfortable.*- when I expressed my dissatisfaction and did not tip, the masseuse grabbed and yanked my arm, causing me to drop my cell phone. The receptionist witnessed this happen. She proceeded to scream at me, following me to the parking lot.*- in addition, the attitude of the receptionist and masseuse was arrrogant and disrespectful, disdainful. Felt like they were speaking about me in another language from the moment I walked in.*- probably worst massage*spa experience I’ve ever had.
