i bought toothbrush heads from 'bella dore'- the merchant. they shipped them on novemebr *st and they were not recieved until november **th ( ** day delivery expected) the merchant would not reply to my questions around the **th till now and instead sent a blank reply (to satisfy groupons policy of replying to customers within ** hours). I recieved the item on the **th or **th and it was an adult toy not a toothbrush head. when i contacted the merchant again they sent a blank reply again and would not cooperate i can not get in touch with groupon by phone or email and the website wont let me return the item i did not order ( because all sales are final)
