I purchased * Big Thrill Factory passes for my * years olds birthday on November **. I went to use them on the **th with all his friends waiting to get in and they said it expired. They said they would honor what I spent for them but that I had to buy * more tickets. I was in shock I had paid $*** for * tickets and they had me pay another $***. We never saw an expiration date on the groupon that said it was going to be expired before the **th which was his birthday. I would like to see this worked out.
