Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-pattiva will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-pattiva later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-pattiva's own words
Schedule them to come to my home and clean my carpets. They never showed up the first time last week after moving all the furniture in my **** sq. foot home and never received a phone call. I rescheduled them today and again, never showed up and I had to phone them and they are now over * hours late. ... I am asking how to get a refund with a vendor who I am receiving such bad customer service with. Before I cancel them to come clean my carpets in an hour, I want to know I can get a refund so when I phone them I want to ask them nicely to not show up. I am an advocate for customer service and this to me is not acceptable
I took the day off to have the carpets cleaned today and they were to be at my home between * and ** and still not hear. I wasted my day sitting waiting on them to arrive and loss of pay, help me understand that that is ok? I asked them if they would clean the stairs of my home for all the inconvenience and they said absolutely not, and this was not their challenged. I am a passionate advocate for great customer service and this disappoints me
I want a refund from this customer
I expect to have a vendor treasure my time as I am treasuring theirs and I am not seeing that in any way.
I want them to understand this is not okay and they don't seem to understand that with the various conversations we have had with them on the phone as all I am receiving are text messages...again, not ok
