Hello, on November 25th, I purchased a deal on Groupon.ca for five 12x12 calendars at Photobook Canada. When I try to use my Groupon on the website, I encounter an issue. The message displayed states that the activation page is down but I can still proceed with redeeming my voucher. Despite this, I am unable to apply my Groupon code at checkout for my calendar order. I have attempted to reach out to Photobook Canada three times with no response. My Groupon code is G[redacted]2CA1504X and the security code is B25B27C24. If this issue cannot be resolved, I would like a full refund. Thank you, Stéphanie.

I purchased an oil change in October and have some concerns. Firstly, I noticed an extra $5.00 charge from the merchant. During the service, they attempted to sell me unnecessary services that I declined. Shortly after, I detected a strange smell resembling a fluid leak and my tire maintenance light illuminated. When I returned to the merchant, they explained the light was due to a sensor issue, and my tires, only 3 months old, were fine. They also dismissed the smell. Although the original staff member wasn’t available, the person who assisted me later promised to follow up, mentioning the owner would call. It has been three weeks, and I haven’t received any communication. I discovered a loose clip causing the smell, which my regular mechanic fixed for $24.25. Additionally, I must return to my mechanic for brake concerns that were suggested by the other place but were unnecessary when checked previously in January. These issues arose after the oil change, and while I understand you can't rectify potential tampering, I am requesting a refund of the extra $5.00 paid. If not for the Groupon, the cost would have been the same. I am considering discontinuing business with this merchant as unexpected repairs post-service negate any initial savings.

I was promised a refund for the Salt Cave of Darien. I've spent hours trying to contact Groupon with no success via live chat or phone. About a week ago, I spoke with someone who issued Groupon bucks for some items but forgot about the Salt Cave - I need this canceled immediately. I am a loyal customer of ten years and am willing to accept Groupon bucks for the refund. This order was accidental, and I'm frustrated by the lack of communication channels from Groupon. I recently had a thermalift skin tightening treatment, and unfortunately, it resulted in a severe burn on my skin. It has taken over a week to heal, and my skin is still red. I tried to address the issue by calling the day after the treatment, but was informed that I needed to speak with the manager who wasn't available at the time. I left my contact details but never received a callback. Today, I followed up again, only to be told the manager was still unavailable. The treatment was administered at Sunshine Health and Body, but I am reluctant to return to their establishment after this experience.

I would like to inquire if I can receive Groupon bucks instead of a $65.00 voucher paid to Heartwood & Oak in [redacted]. I purchased a Groupon for wine as a gift for my son; however, I was unaware they would send an email to him regarding the gift. Additionally, I was surprised by the high shipping fee of $34.95. Despite providing my son's shipping address last year for the Christmas gift, he never received it, and I was not informed about the email sent to him. I attempted to cancel my order shortly after placing it, but was unable to do so despite multiple efforts. I reached out to customer service via email and phone, but have not received any response. I find it frustrating that it is so difficult to cancel an order, especially since I tried within the 2-hour time frame and the order has already been shipped as of the 26th. The "cancel" and "edit" buttons were not accessible, and there was a message about technical issues on the site. I subsequently ordered a different dog bed assuming I could cancel the initial order. Subject: Displeased with Groupon Purchase at Best Friends Pet Hospital Dear Customer Service, I recently made a purchase on Groupon under order number 1[redacted]15-[redacted] for services at Best Friends Pet Hospital. Upon my visit, I explained that I would be using the Groupon for that day's appointment. However, the clinic provided additional services that were not part of the Groupon without informing me that they were not covered. They charged me $70 for these extra services, even though I had specifically mentioned my Groupon to the nurse and expected the flu vaccine included in the offer. Disappointingly, they did not even administer the flu vaccine as promised. To add to the frustration, they marked the Groupon as redeemed on my phone without providing the services stated. I purchased a Groupon deal for 10 personalized drawstring Santa gift bags. I have discovered that they are charging separate shipping and handling fees for each bag, even though they are shipped together. This has increased the total cost to approximately $62.00, which is double what I initially paid for the bags. I have reached out to them, and initially, they mentioned the handling fees were for personalizing each bag. I inquired about a reduction in fees if I opt not to have them personalized, but they insisted on charging the handling fee for each bag regardless. I believe this practice is misleading, and the Groupon deal was not as advertised. I would like to modify my order to 3 bags or receive a refund. Thank you.

Hello Support, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a K-1 Groupon experience my group encountered on 11/25. 1. Description mismatch: We purchased Groupons for a birthday party under the name "K1 Racing Package for Two; Valid Any Day," which clearly states "Valid Any Day." However, upon arrival, our Groupons were rejected due to a restriction in the fine print excluding November 23 - November 25. This was unexpected for our group of 9 people, resulting in extra payment for the races. 2. Subpar K1 service: I struggled to make a group booking as no one answered the phone or responded to my voicemail for 2 consecutive days. Consequently, we faced a 2-hour wait due to the lack of reservation. Additionally, 70% of the arcade machines were out of order, leaving us stranded with no activities and delayed race start times. I purchased a voucher for spa services via Groupon, but upon arrival, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $20. Since the voucher covers two visits, this amounts to an additional $40 charge overall. I encountered an issue while trying to get more information about a product last night on 11/26/18. When I clicked on 'Buy' to see shipping details before entering my credit card information, the purchase was completed without giving me the necessary information. I do not recall authorizing Groupon to save my credit card details or automatically apply them to purchases. I usually prefer to input my credit card information for each separate order during checkout. I am requesting the cancellation of the order placed last night and the removal of my credit card details from your records. In the future, I will provide my credit card information at the time of making a purchase. Please contact me via email for confirmation of the cancellation and the removal of my credit card information.

I placed an order for several items including EZ Windshield Wipe, Zagg Wireless Keyboard, ProLift Z-Creeper, among others, on November 26, [redacted]. Despite not receiving the promised confirmation email, I patiently waited but received only an email for the "Masterplug Storage Reel, Order #[redacted]" on November 27, [redacted], at 11:47 AM (ET). The email did not include the other items I purchased. To my surprise, there was an additional item "Samsung Galaxy S8, Order #[redacted]," which I did not order and do not wish to keep. Trying to contact Groupon's customer service at the provided phone number, 1.[redacted], proved fruitless as no one answered. I also encountered difficulties accessing customer support through the website due to page redirection issues. Hopefully, Groupon can address these challenges promptly to improve the overall customer experience.

This past week I tried to buy a Groupon deal. The purchase seemed successful, but then I received a message stating the purchase was refunded. I spoke with a representative who assured me they would escalate the issue to a supervisor. However, I didn't hear anything until today, when I received an email stating my account was deactivated. Over a year ago, I bought a mattress and box springs from Groupon, but I received the wrong items. After filing a complaint with my credit card company, my account was deactivated. Although it was eventually reinstated, this recent deactivation is concerning. I want my account reinstated so I can access my purchases. I am contemplating lodging a complaint with the Office of Consumer Affairs in Georgia. I just want to resolve this issue and access my purchases without any further problems.

Last May, during my vacation in Palm Desert, CA, I bought a Groupon for La Quinta Brewery. Unfortunately, when trying to locate it with GPS, my husband and I got lost in an industrial park. When we finally found it, the brewery was closed for hours, and we couldn't return later. I had hoped to get a refund since I won't be back in Palm Desert, but I read that with Groupon's new policy, I could get a credit if the voucher expires. However, I'm unsure how to proceed with that. I purchased a Groupon for an Indian buffet for 4 at BigB Bawarchi restaurant in Bellevue, WA. However, upon visiting for lunch with my husband and friends, we discovered that the buffet was not available on Mon-Thurs as specified in the Groupon deal, and only Thalis were offered. Additionally, there was limited beer selection, an issue with the bill where we were asked to pay only the tax amount of $6, and no receipt provided. The service was slow, the food was not fresh, and the non-vegetarian menu only included chicken. I left a $10 tip but felt overcharged. I would have preferred lamb on the buffet. I bought two dolls from Personal Creations and two pieces from Metal Unlimited. Despite not completing the transactions, $30 was deducted for the dolls and $48 for the metal art from my account. After completing the purchases, I have $43.98 pending for the dolls and $71.45 for the metal art. I planned to order the metal art later but got charged an additional $48 tonight when I tried to order. I now have incurred two $48 charges and a $30 charge that were not intended. The pending account has sufficient funds to cover the completed purchases, so I now require refunds for the unauthorized charges.

I bought two bamboo cutting boards from American Laser Crafts through Groupon. I realized that the option to personalize them only includes certain names that do not include mine. I am requesting a refund for my recent order at U Spa with Order #: 1[redacted]43-[redacted]. I bought a 90-minute massage with hot stone therapy and sea salt scrub using a Groupon. However, upon arrival, the receptionist suggested I pay cash instead of honoring the Groupon deal, which I found dishonest. During the massage, I was dissatisfied for several reasons. The pressure was too light despite requesting higher pressure, hot stones were not used as requested multiple times, the massage was shorter than 90 minutes with numerous interruptions, the room was uncomfortably cold, and the masseuse's behavior was unprofessional, even causing me to drop my phone. The overall attitude of the staff was disrespectful and made me feel unwelcome. This was by far the worst massage and spa experience I have ever had.
