I tried cancelling my order about ** minutes after I ordered it to no avail. I then emailed customer service with no reply. I called with no luck either. *It is ridiculous that it takes so much effort to get something cancelled. I order this on the **th and I just looked and it has been shipped already. This is in no way my fault as I tried several ways to cancel the order within the * hr. time frame. Groupon needs to make it easier to cancel. The "cancel" and "edit" button was grayed out. A message also said something to the effect the site was working or someone spilt coffee on it.*I immediately ordered a different dog bed thinking I could cancel the first order. It took me awhile to find this place. *I expect a refund when I received the first dog bed without having to pay return shipping.*Here is the order * which I tried to use several times to cancel.
