Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a groupon: ********, Park Plus Airport Parking Newark Airport on *******. The only black out date on the groupon was ****-***. I made a reservation the same day for ***** to *****. when i presented the groupon on *****, i was informed it was a black out date and I could not use. I paid $*** for a useless groupon, as i was charged $***.** by Park Plus. I would like the money refunded for the Groupon since it is useless and i do not intend to travel again. Call me at ***-***-**** to discuss. Please credit my card, or you can give me a $*** in Groupon Bucks to use at another time.
