On the **th October I bought from Groupon * vouchers for * people for a tasting menu lunch at Sosban, Llanelli at a cost of £** The order no. Was *****-******-****** The vouchers were sent my email address *****@***.com *I have been unable to access the vouchers as I am told I do not have an account with the above email address. Many attempts to sign in to my account have failed. Obviously attempts to change my password which was set up on the **th October have also failed. I had a chat ticket on the *th November ID ****************** but that failed to resolve the matter.*From all the correspondence so far it appears to be impossible to conclude the issue. Why is it so difficult.
