I purchased a groupon for Botox and set up the appointment with the office but when I arrived for my appointment I was told I couldn’t be seen because they were unorganized and not ready. I was told I could come back a different time but I’m very busy and don’t live close by and after this bad experience and dealing with rude staff who refused to help or answer any questions I don’t trust this business to perform a procedure like this. While in the waiting room I heard personal details of other patients which is highly illegal and makes me very uneasy. I would definitely like my money back since this place was so unprofessional and I no longer feel comfortable going here.
