Its been * business days and a preauthorization for a Groupon purchase has not dropped off my bank account after cancelling the order within one hour of the accidental purchase! I need the $**** to purchase groceries and gas for my family!!! It should NOT EVER take * business days to cancel a preauthorization. It can and should be done instantaneously JUST LIKE the initial capture! I've been patient, I've talked to my bank, and it HAS TO BE FIXED on their end! *GET IT DONE GROUPON!!
