I am seeing multiple charges to my credit card from Groupon that were not made by me. I made one group purchase on ***** and now there is the full amount of the purchase just over $*** I authorized plus * additional charges for $**.** that I did not authorize. What is going on. I am very frustrated that there is no way to actually speak with a customer service representative. If I do not receive a call soon then I will report this incident to the BBB.
