Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-amariefr's own words
I placed an order on November *, ****, for two (*) * piece sheet sets, however, when the delivery arrived, only one (*) set of sheets was in the box. Although, I had been charged for both items. I got in contact with customer service who told me in order to be reimbursed for missing order, I had to return the sheet set that was delivered. A shipping label was emailed to me and I returned the item on November **, ****. I just received an email today that I was refunded for the returned sheet set, but WAS NOT REIMBURSED FOR THE SHEET SET THAT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. I should have been refunded for both items,
GetHuman-amariefr did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
