Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Groupon order* ********** was delivered on*****. This order was accidentally ordered by my ** month old. Once the package was received I promptly asked the FedEx guy to return it, which he did. On *****, according to FedEx, this order was received back to the merchandiser and signed for by CRISSY. I want my $***.** back. I have been dealing with this issue far too long with much patience. The FedEx shipping number is ************. I have requested the address to which this order was returned to but am still waiting for that information via mail. Please help me get this resolved asap.
