I purchased a Groupon on Sept. **, **** - order *****-******-******. The charge of $**.** appeared on my bank statement n September. I have tried to contact the vendor by phone (***-***-****) and also sent emails to *****@***.com. I did not received any response. The Groupon was for having my car detailed. I checked my whole list of Groupons I have purchased and it shows the above one redeemed on Oct.**, ****. I have NOT used the Groupon. Now what do I do?
