I have been trying for days to get a hold of someone*at Groupon to cancel reservations that the system*generated and I did not want.*I only wanted two reservations and the system confirmed*three reservations.*I tried to go online and cancel and could not I have tried*calling which NOONE answers. I had to leave to get to San*Antonio so I could not stay on line. When I go to the hotel*I was told the showed Five reservations. This morning I *went on line and saw that all my reservations were gone.*I asked the Wyndham San Antonio River Walk could not*cancel them for me that I had to go through Groupon.*I used two of the rooms order number ****-******-****** and ****-******-*******The one that I had a confirmation on and did on Saturday****** is ****-******-****** I tried for hours to cancel this when I saw that the reservation was done twice on ******I thought I only booked one room.*I need someone to call me or email me please.*This has happened to me five times. I ordered bedspreads*and it ordered * of them and I only wanted one.*I gave one away and have one left still. *Your system generates orders automatically.
