I received an email response stating that the beauty product I ordered can't be returned, which I understand for intentional purchases but not for mistakes caused by the company. If I wanted two items, I would have adjusted the quantity, not placed two separate orders resulting in staggered deliveries.

I bought a Groupon for personalized pillowcases from Qualtry. I made the purchase on 11/2, and my checking account was charged on 11/3. Even though I got a "Thank-you for your order" email from Joshua Mitton, I have not yet received any order details or the items. I reached out to Qualtry via email, with no response, and attempted to call them without success as they only offer support online. Since I don't have an order number from them, and the Groupon one isn't valid, I can't contact them through their website. Groupon # is LG-MH96-NSGV-HVKM-76CV. Redemption code is GPNPPC2-h35bsv. The Groupon order number is [redacted]. I'm feeling frustrated. I also tried to Live Chat with Groupon, but it didn't work.

Hello, my name is Anna and I wanted to inform you that I purchased a Groupon for hot yoga at Yoga [redacted]. I gave this voucher to my sister, who recently used it and unfortunately ended up injuring herself. She pulled a muscle, nearly fainted, and experienced difficulty breathing. Due to my high blood pressure and doctor's advice against practicing hot yoga, I am unable to use this Groupon myself. It seems that the policy states it's non-transferable, but my sister mentioned that the staff was not very supportive during her distress at the gym. I bought a Groupon for two salon treatments. I had one treatment already, and when I went for the second one today, the salon was closed! Can I get a partial refund for the treatment I missed? I bought a travel package for $[redacted] through a travel agency on groupon. I encountered issues as I didn't receive a confirmation email and the website kept saying it was processing. I checked with my bank and the payment went through on my end. I tried to repurchase the package to address the issue but now I have two pending orders. My friends who purchased the same package had no problems. We need to contact the travel agency today with our voucher numbers to sort out our flights quickly. I'm in a rush as time is crucial, hoping to resolve this within the hour. I would like one package to be confirmed and the other refunded since I only tried repurchasing to fix the initial problem. This situation is causing me stress.

I have been attempting to contact Groupon for days to cancel reservations that were mistakenly confirmed by the system. Instead of three, I only wanted two reservations, but the system confirmed three. Despite trying online and calling numerous times, no one answered. I had to leave for San Antonio and when I arrived at the hotel, they showed five reservations instead of the two I wanted. Today, when I checked online, I noticed all my reservations were gone. The hotel could not cancel them for me and directed me back to Groupon. The room orders I used are [redacted] and [redacted]. The one I had confirmed on Saturday, 11/24 is [redacted], which I tried to cancel but had difficulty as it was mistakenly duplicated on 11/18. This confusion has happened to me five times, where the system generates multiple orders without my intention.

I am requesting assistance with obtaining a refund for a Groupon I purchased but never received the service. I had bought a couples massage for my parents' birthday, but when they tried to schedule the appointment, they were informed that the business no longer offered couples massages due to staffing changes. Despite this, they agreed to book separate appointments, but then they were informed that the appointment had to be canceled because of a leaking roof. I received a confirmation email at ([redacted]). The email mentioned that the voucher could be accessed through the mobile app, so my plan was to use the app at the park. On November 24, I drove [redacted].3 miles (3 hours) to Six Flags with my boyfriend, whom I don't see often due to a long-distance relationship. At the park, I faced issues logging in to retrieve our vouchers through the Groupon app. Despite entering the correct password, I received an email stating there was no account associated with my email, contradicting the previous confirmation email received. Upon engaging in live chat support, a resolution was not achieved. Due to the long wait time for assistance, my boyfriend and I decided to leave and return home, having wasted time, money on gas, and parking expenses, in addition to missing out on our planned day together. The support team mentioned a 24-hour response time, but the delay has been exceeded with no satisfactory solution. This disappointing experience has led me to request an immediate full refund of $[redacted].98, as well as compensation for the gas and parking expenses incurred ($[redacted]). Good afternoon, Yesterday, I bought a deal on your website for Shutterfly through Groupon. I intended to use it to order holiday cards for my loved ones. We were excited to share our holiday pictures this season, marking special occasions. I put effort into designing the card and searched for good prices. I selected a Groupon for Shutterfly which offered 20 cards for $24.99. However, when I tried to use the promo code on the website, it wouldn't work for my holiday cards. Despite following the instructions and choosing the correct cards, the website didn't accept the code after spending over an hour trying. Today, I contacted Shutterfly's customer service and was told the Groupon had expired, even though it was valid until December 31st, [redacted]. In [redacted], I purchased Groupons for a trip to Las Vegas. I managed to use most of them, but one was unusable due to a closed business. Recently, when attempting to redeem the Groupon, I was informed by Brewer's Café at Barley's in Las Vegas that they no longer accepted Groupons. They refused to honor it. I recently visited Boca Tanning Salon at [redacted] Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, Florida, and purchased 4 tanning sessions under order number [redacted] on August 12th. Upon arrival at the Pines location, a closure sign redirected me to the Weston location at [redacted] Weston Rd. Unfortunately, at the Weston branch, I was told they do not accept Groupon purchases. Despite explaining I had 3 sessions remaining and showing a photo of the sign redirecting customers, the staff member was unhelpful and claimed no affiliation with the Pines branch. Last week I requested a refund for one voucher from Spade in Redondo Beach as I accidentally purchased two. I scheduled an appointment with Spade this past Saturday to use the remaining voucher. During the consultation, they recommended costly injections instead of laser treatment for my leg veins, which I found suspicious. They refused to perform the laser treatment mentioned in the voucher and requested my credit card information for future treatments, which I declined. After leaving, I received an email stating I had canceled my appointment, which was not true. I have had vein treatments before and found their explanations dubious. I believe they were trying to upsell unnecessary treatments. Can I please have a refund of $51 or transfer it to another purchase? I will not return to Spade due to this experience. Thank you. L. I purchased a Groupon deal for $15 to receive $30 worth of flowers from Proflowers on November 17, [redacted], with the intention of having them delivered to my mom for her 75th birthday the next day. In addition to the Groupon cost, I paid an extra $47.25 to customize the flowers. Unfortunately, by 6pm, my mom had not received anything, so I contacted Proflowers. The representative informed me that the flowers were not delivered because they were sent to a Maryland address instead of Wisconsin, where I had specified. Despite offering to provide the confirmation receipt as proof of the correct address, the representative was uninterested and unhelpful. He was rude, failed to acknowledge any mistake on their part, and kept me on hold without consent for an extended period. Frustrated, I requested a refund for the flowers, which he agreed to, but I have yet to receive my $47.25 refund or the flowers. Due to this terrible experience, I would like a refund for the $15 Groupon as well. Thank you for any assistance.

I’m disappointed with Groupon. I've tried calling with no success. I purchased a deal for Fraiche Kitchen which turned out to be closed. I need a refund. Another deal, Mimi Golf at Surfers Paradise Mini Golf, only allowed a 30-day claim period and I missed it. This feels like a rip off. Additionally, I bought a "Memory Fibre Mattress Topper" advertised as such, but it was actually microfibres, not memory foam as expected. It's very disappointing. What are my options? I bought two half-price massage vouchers for The Crazy Bear last night. I can see the purchases in my account today, but I can't find where to view or print the vouchers to get the codes for booking. The Groupon site logged me out suddenly and won't let me log back in, claiming my credentials are wrong. I've tried resetting my password, but it says there's no account with my email. When I tried creating a new account, it said my email was already in use. I'm stuck and really need those voucher codes to make a booking. Thank you.
