I experienced technical difficulties while trying to make a purchase during the sale. The server was busy, and I received a [redacted] error multiple times since yesterday. Despite my efforts, I wasn't able to buy it at the sale price. My son eventually bought it for me at a higher price of $[redacted]. When I tried to log on, I couldn't, so he had to make the purchase. I'm frustrated about this situation. I tried connecting via chat, but the conversations were cut off twice. The price increase from $75 to $[redacted] is disappointing, considering yesterday's lower price and free shipping. I managed to access Groupon an hour ago after struggling. I attempted to email yesterday through a different platform, unsure if it went through. I urge you to address this matter promptly as I'm considering reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I'm displeased about having to pay double the initial price.

I ordered two items for Christmas: 1. Aduro Grip-Clip Universal Rearview Mirror Phone Mount, Order #[redacted]. 2. UComfy Neck & Shoulder Heat Wrap, Order #[redacted]. According to the tracking information, both items were delivered by USPS. Item #1 was delivered on November 17, and item #2 was delivered on November 15. However, I have not received either of them. I contacted the local post office, Four Peaks Post Office, and they are looking into it. They mentioned filing a claim for a refund, but I would prefer to receive the items. Should I reorder and be charged again? Waiting for the claim resolution might take too long.

I, Mavis Lauofo, used my USAA Visa card ending in [redacted] for purchases with Groupon from November 19th to the present. Although I expected to be charged $[redacted].87 for 13 items, I noticed additional charges on my card. There were charges of $10.79, $21.59, $12.94, among others, that I did not recognize or approve. The total Groupon charges on my card amount to $[redacted].55 as of November 25th. I seek clarification on the purchases made from November 19th as my total should have been $[redacted].87 for 13 items. I am concerned about the overcharge and have removed my card from my account to avoid further unauthorized charges. I kindly request a breakdown of my purchases to address this issue promptly. I purchased two Tandem skydiving jumps from "Skydive Chicago-Milwaukee," one for myself and one as a gift. However, the website on Groupon was not functioning properly. After contacting their provided number, I was directed to another website for registration. I completed the sign-up process, expecting a response within 48 hours, but I never received any communication. Following up a week later, I was informed that they were no longer offering jumps and suggested trying again the following year. I am frustrated that no one informed me of this change before I signed up. Additionally, my Groupon was marked as redeemed on 11/20, even though I have not used the jumps. I have been experiencing difficulties with the online customer query form as well as my emails bouncing back when I attempted to contact the vendor. Unfortunately, the vendor had to cancel our booking twice, once due to weather conditions and the second time due to a large group cancelling. On Saturday night, I encountered an issue with my Groupon order. Despite reordering to fix an address error, the confirmation email still showed the wrong address. This situation occurred on Saturday night, and I urgently need a resolution this morning. After placing an order on the Groupon app, I received a confirmation email stating it was going to the wrong address. Unfortunately, I was unable to update it, lost my credit, canceled the order, and reordered to ensure the correct address was entered. Despite confirming that the order was going to the right address, the subsequent email indicated it was still heading to the old address. I am facing issues with the company I purchased a voucher from. They lack professionalism and have incorrect availability. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, I have not received any assistance or callbacks. I encountered difficulties accessing the website to contact customer service. I am a college student preparing for finals and I am disappointed with the lack of help received. I recently signed up for the first time, hoping to avail of a discount on Truck Rental. I was assured that providing my Debit Card number would not result in any charges unless I authorized a purchase, which I did not. However, upon checking my account, I discovered that you have debited my Checking Account twice, totaling $13.60 each time. I have already informed my bank about these unauthorized charges as it seems impossible to reach a real person at your company for assistance. I need assistance with refunding two orders with Beauty-U. Last week, I scheduled an appointment with Angela for upper and lower eyeliner on Friday, Nov 30 at 9:30 am, which cost $[redacted]. Today, I informed Angela that I also purchased a $66 deal for 6 sessions of 15-minute electrolysis. She seemed upset at the price and mentioned her expenses. She expressed frustration with Groupon for continuing the promotion. When I asked if the electrolysis session could be added to Friday's appointment, she said she would need to check her schedule. I bought a Full Synthetic Oil Change Groupon from Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I redeemed it yesterday afternoon. I paid $49.50 for the Groupon, providing me with a discount for one Full Synthetic Oil Change (normally $89.99). When I arrived and showed the voucher (both printed and on the Groupon app), the staff seemed confused about how to process it and what it covered. After a few minutes, the management understood how to input the voucher but insisted it only covered the $49.50 paid for the Groupon, not the full oil change. Despite my explanations, they stuck to this decision, claiming I needed to contact Groupon for a resolution. I am seeking a refund for the Groupon price, as I couldn't use it as intended. I purchased a Groupon for a hair treatment priced at $66. I went in to get my roots darkened and my blonde made more ashy. Unfortunately, after the treatment, I noticed a stark line separating the dark and light tones on the top of my head, instead of a gradual fade. Additionally, the blonde turned out more yellowy-orange than intended. I was too uncomfortable to express my dissatisfaction at the salon, but I was really unhappy with the results. I had to rush to the store to buy a toner to try and fix it myself. Now, my hair looks worse than before. I am seeking a resolution for this as I paid for a balayage that did not meet my expectations, spent an additional $30 on products, and had to invest 3 more hours of my time. I bought a Groupon in August for a private jet ride for two over Chicago. I spoke with Moe to schedule for November 24th at 4pm in Wheeling, IL. On the day, Moe was missing, and the location was not an airport but a school. The school staff confirmed Moe wasn't associated with them, and he arrived late in a grey Jeep. He lacked proper pilot evidence, appeared intoxicated, and the small plane wasn’t a jet as advertised. The school recommended against flying with him due to safety concerns and unknown identity. Moe insisted we review Groupon before the flight, which we declined. Despite calling him four times with no response and waiting for 30 minutes past the appointment time, he directed me to seek a refund from Groupon. I paid $[redacted], seeking a refund as the experience was misleading, unsafe, and likely a scam. He shouldn't defraud others via Groupon in the future.
