On Nov **, I tried to order a specific set of luggage for my son through Groupon and have it sent to him for his birthday. My son sent me the Groupon site which I had never used before. I tried to complete the order but got a message on my computer screen that there was a problem with my credit card. I tied to complete the order several times but got the same message. I assumed the order wasn't completed, but I checked later to see if the bill posted on my credit card. It had not, so I assumed the order was not completed and told my son to order the luggage himself. **I received my credit card statement Nov.**, ****, with charges from Groupon. Three entries for $**.** each and one entry for $***.**, which was a total of $***.** were posted. I contacted my son, he said he ordered what he wanted and had received it. He stated he also received more luggage he didn't order nor want (apparently what I tired to order for him but wasn't the right ones any way). ** Please help with the following:**. I would like Groupon to credit my account* for the three separate amounts of $**.**,* $**.** and $**.**, charged to my credit * card Nov *****, **** upon return of * items. I don't know what these items * are. **.
