I have purchased the following.*The order number for your purchase on March **, **** is ****-******-******.*I went to use my residual value as my promo valued had expired. I ordered and at the time of payment I was told they won't accept the voucher*code as the ownership had changed and they now don't accept Groupon. I wound up paying the full bill. I went there with the purpose of using the balance. Had I known this, I wouldn't have gone there.*Now I am asking for a full refund. *I wish I could claim the bill I paid.*Will appreciate your help.*And BTW I had to literally struggle to find out how to reach you guys. On your site, there is no where I could find anything. Whenever I click on "Support" takes me to the FAQ.*Even one time I wrote an e-mail but never got a reply.
