Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-mohler_l's own words
I ordered a Groupon for voodoo zip line ($** for * people). We got there at *:** and i was asked if I was **, I replied with yes. The woman at the counter then proceeded to take a picture of everyone's ID and told me to wait for a text message to tell me that our zip line was ready. * hours later at *:** i received the confirmation text. When we arrived at the gate we were immediately denied entry due to * participants not being **. The woman working at Voodoo Zipline then came over and said that she asked me if everyone in my group was **. Why she didn't ask anyone else if they were ** or look more closely at their IDs is beyond me.*We did not end up riding the zip line.
GetHuman-mohler_l did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
