Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I bought a Groupon tickets for New York city bought ** hour up and down tour for two people and bought night tour for two people vouchers needed to be picked up at top of you sightseeing at three different locations since we were going on the night tour I thought it would be easy to pick up both vouchers however today I was planning on doing downtown and uptown ** hour hop on hop off I noticed the voucher said the ticket was valid only from Friday afternoon to Saturday afternoon I did not realize when you get the voucher you must use it within ** hours I called TopView sightseeing to see if they could help me they said I needed to contact Groupon have them refund this purchase and then rebuy
