I was trying to buy Christmas presents. ... I placed an order this morning for ** items. I purchased (*) Power Master **.***mAH Led Dual power Banks. Each was supposed to have $*.** taken off at the register. It did not come off and that totals $*.**. I purchased (*) Pop Sockets Grips for Phones and Tablets and $*.** Dollars was supposed to be taken off at the register. It did not and I am owed $*.**. I also purchased * pair of Gloopi Womens Indoor outdoor Fur Lined Clog Slippers with Memory Foam. $*.** extra was supposed to come off at checkout. It did not and I am owed $*.**. I also purchased (*) Wallet Ninja *.* ** Tools in one. $*.** was supposed to come off each one at checkout. It did not and this totals $*.**. I also bought (*) Kensie Heavy Ultra Soft Reversible Sherpa Throw for $**.** and $*.** was supposed to come off the price but did not. I also purchased * pair of Heavy Duty High Visability Coldweather work gloves for $*.** with $*.** off at checkout that did not come off. The last item that was overcharged was (*) Professional Makeup Brush Set with pouch or stand. (* - ** piech sets). This was $**.** and and $*.** was to be taken off at the register. It was not.
I am a fairly new customer to Groupon. I am very frustrated that I can not speak to a respresentitive about my problem. While my other orders have been ok, I have been overcharged by $**.**. A) given the fact that I have overcharged on most of this order, and Groupon does not provide a live voice to talk to, and according to the Get Human people **,*** other people have had my problem, I believe I will not order another thing from Groupon and will also tell my friends to be beware of Groupon.
I would like my $**.** refunded to my credit card.
I have only done several orders with Groupon and have been satisfied with those orders. I have passed word of my good deals to my friends and family. I am very disappointed.
Yes, I looked all over the interned for a way to speak to a live voice. Very interesting there is none. It should not be this difficult to get problem heard and get my refund.
