Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a Waistbuster on November * and I know I will not use it since it is super heavy. I could barely pull it out of the box. I contacted Waistbuster and they said since it was purchased through a third party (Groupon) I won't be able to return it to them. My Groupon states I have ** Days to return it. I have been trying to contact Groupon Through the "help" tab but when I pull it up it is a jumbled mess of letters as if they are having computer problems or something. I want to return the Waitbuster within my ** day window but there is no way fro me to get a hold of anyone through Groupon?? The Group number is LG-*GYY-HTLJ-SWVG-LT*B*I would sincerely appreciate your help with this!! *Thank You!
