Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-lubabell's own words
To purchase * tickets that I can use in the beginning of January **** ... I just have booked and paid for tickets For Ripley Believe It Or Not for * people. It did not appear on the front page that these ticket can be used only on restricted dates. After paying, I saw that the tickets can be used only until * December ****, when we arrive to Gold Coast in January **** and planned to go to this attraction then...
I still want the tickets and already paid for them. It would be sad not being able to use them.

I buy regularly a lot of tickets for our family holidays online and never had any problem with that. I am a new customer to Groupon, and really hope that my first experience with you will not be disappointing.
