Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-shobia's own words
A groupon was processed on my account, and it did not go through because a previous credit card was on the account. However my credit card was updated and the groupon will go through. The Groupon I'am talking about is the "Get a *-Hour Full-Body Massage, and a **-Min Organic Seaflora Thalassotherapy Facial or **-Min Foot Massage," however I no longer want this Groupon and I don't want to go through with this transaction. Could it please be cancelled.
GetHuman-shobia did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
