Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-lizjuno will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-lizjuno later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-lizjuno's own words
get a coupon code to order the product on their website and get the item for the discounted price that I bought on groupon ... I bought *Premium **oz. Beer Glass from Fabness (*-, *-, *-, or *-Pack)*and when going to redeem my purchase on their site, I never received the code when I clicked to redeem it*the voucher never appeared. I would like a refund since I repurchased the voucher on my computer and it worked. I would like a refund for the purchased coupon code that did not show or I could not use
