Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Quality I feel is substandard and I am not able to even get the ankle boots on which I ordered. I would therefore request a full refund. I do feel that I was misled as regards to price, I would not even pay the price which was supposedly reduced!! There is not return address and I don't even know where they were sent from. Hazard a guess it was China!! I would like an acknowledgement of this email and details on what I need to do. Kind regards. Jo Adams. The order number was S***** Groupon ref number BPRN*****.
